All of our emails have a forwarding link at the bottom of the email. Alternatively, go to our E-Newsletters page, click on any of the past emails, and you will see a tool in the LHS sidebar which allows you to either print the email or forward it to your clients. All of our itineraries have a tool the LHS sidebar which allows you to either print the itinerary or forward it to your clients. Alternatively, you can forward a pdf of one of our itineraries using our Brochures section. To gain access to high resolution images you can visit our online Image Gallery to put in a request.

It's easy. Tell your Webmaster that Horizon gives you permission to reuse all images. He or she will know how to take directly from our site. The only restriction is that you use these images to promote Horizon trips only. If you wish to do it yourself, right-click on the image with your mouse. Select "Save Image As." Then choose a destination folder on your computer for the image. If you have any problems, hand over the task to your Webmaster.

We are happy to have agents link to us. Tell your Webmaster you want a link on your site. The destination of the link is http://www.horizon-co.com or if you wish to do it yourself, here is the HTML code you can put in the page you build:

The code above is a link to the Horizon home page. If you want a link to any other page, simply cut and paste the URL from the web address window in your browser. If you want to link to our site but still want your agency information visible on the screen, the solution is to use frames. Your Webmaster should know how to do this.

Sorry, we do not offer that option. If we picked one or two agencies to put links on our site, it wouldn't be fair to other agencies. If we put all agency links that were requested, there might be so many that your agency would most likely get lost in the clutter. The best solution is to use frames. Your Webmaster should know how to do this.

Our commission structure is based on number of bookings. Although we encourage agents to market Horizon trips on the web, we do not offer special commissions to do so. Your incentive for using the web as a marketing medium is the same as using other media, such as printed flyers, special mailings, live group presentations, etc., all of which increase your opportunities for bookings. We are happy to help you build your marketing effort in whichever way you choose.
