Overview
Victoria Express train is the best train in terms of comfort and services from Hanoi to Lao Cai, Victoria offers one restaurant and two luxury sleeping carriages, all with air-conditioning. This is not a separate train, but rather part of the normal run between Hanoi and Lao Cai. The Dining car serves Vietnamese & European menues.

Deluxe cabins (which have 2 berths, for 2 people) all are air-conditioned, wood paneled, with individual reading lights, baggage storage, toilets and oversized windows.
Superior cabins (which have 4 berths, for 4 people) are air-conditioned, wood paneled, with individual reading lights, baggage storage, shared toilets and oversized windows.
