This coastal home purchased from the Bonavista Historical Society in early 2006, is believed to be over 100 years old. This house is know as the Thomas Mouland House for the man who originally lived here. Thomas Mouland was involved in the great Newfoundland Sealing disaster of 1914, which he survived. The house is located in Mockbeggar, one of several districts which now form the town of Bonavista.
Guests will find three bedrooms, two of them ocean-facing —as well as a daybed in the kitchen for those after-dinner snoozes. One room has a double bed, and the other has two twin beds
The Thomas Mouland House is a five minute walk from Harv's pub--commonly a daily visit for most CapeRace travelers.
