Overview
Since 1925, the Pond Family has offered fishing vacations and operated a classic fly-fishing lodge on the Miramichi River in New Brunswick. In 2010 this retreat meetings and adventure resort continues the tradition of premier fly-fishing in Atlantic Canada and offers guests unique and memorable soft adventure experiences.
Rooms
Guests of Pond's Resort on the Miramichi relax with the sounds of the river close at hand. Whether it’s our historic Old Lodge or a private log cabin, each of our accommodations sits on the grassy banks of the Miramichi River.One and two bedroom cabins, each well-appointed with private bathroom, are equipped with woodstoves, private decks and the ambiance of traditional fishing camps. The Old Lodge, built in 1927, has been restored throughout with traditional pine and care and has six private bedrooms, two shared bathrooms and a great room with stone fireplace and private dining room. It's the perfect location for a larger group. Upriver at the Wilderness Fishing camp, fishing guests (maximum 6) share a rustic cabin complete with running water, bathroom and propane power and eat in a building designed for cooking and guides’ residence.

Creative and hearty country cuisine is our culinary promise and we have a reputation of satisfying our guests. Every table in our licensed, 50 seat dining room and deck area enjoys a view of the Home Pool. The dining room menu is rich with salmon and seafood, steaks and the New Brunswick vegetable treat, fiddleheads! Enjoy also the Angler's Pub & Deck is located on the property and is available for private functions. A selection of single malt whiskies and cigars round out our pub offering of local beers, unique mixed drinks and full bar.
