Overview
Villa Marianna lies in the upper part of the quiet village of Praiano, in a panoramic position overlooking the Mediterranean. The villa is tastefully furnished and modernized. The living room area, kitchen, and bathrooms have beautiful ceramic-tile floors from Vietri Sul Mare. Villa Marianna, an airy and luminous villa renovated in the late 90’s, offers a great property for a group of friends or family. Access to the villa is up a flight of 38 steps located directly off of the small town square. The villa, built on two levels, boasts various panoramic terraces, a small garden, and a small swimming pool. The outdoor areas are furnished, allowing guests to enjoy the amazing views out over the Mediterranean and the Amalfi Coastline.

Directly off of the main entrance, through the entrance foyer, lies the first bedroom; a large bedroom with a double bed and a set of twin beds (this bedroom can sleep 4 guests). The raised ground floor boasts two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathroom facilities with showers and access onto an external terrace.

The top (first) floor of the villa is the main living area of the house. The first floor boasts a large, open-air living room with blue and white ceramic tile floors, various couches, coffee tables, seating areas and a fireplace. A portion of the living room is dedicated to the dining area enjoying a long, dining table for 12 with entrance into the open kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, 6-range stovetop, microwave, and a marble-topped dining table for 4. There is also a third seating area, upon entrance to the living room, with a small, wood dining table for 4. The living room enjoys a ½ bathroom and accesses a nice, panoramic terrace. The external, panoramic terrace, boasts a dining area for 8, several chaise-lounge sun chairs, and a small bar area with several bar stools. The pool deck enjoys a small, hexagon-shaped pool and umbrella with a small table & several chaise-lounge chairs. The pool deck accesses the annex bedroom.
