The basic choice is between travelling independently on your own or travelling in a group with an escort. Independent Trips	Strictly Personal Travel
	Our INDEPENDENT TRIPS are meant for people who prefer to keep their hands on the driving wheel. In our experience, independent travellers generally don’t want to travel with strangers (even though they may participate in various “group” activities as part of their trip), want access to expertise but prefer to make decisions on their own (i.e. they are self-guided rather than escorted), and like to have a minimum amount of structure with a maximum flexibility of choice. 	INDIVIDUAL TRIPS. Private trips are a perfect way for families or friends to celebrate special occasions or simply spend time with one another. We generally recommend a group size of 6 or more to keep the costs reasonable, and the trip can either be built around one of our published itineraries or we can start from scratch and draw upon our unparalleled travel expertise to build the trip of your dreams. Our trip planners and sales staff work closely with the group leader to ensure that the trip reflects a unique travel experience hand-tailored to match the specific needs and interests of your group.
	CORPORATE TRIPS. We run two different kinds of trips for corporations under the brand Radical Sabbatical – incentive trips (“Boondoggles Re-invented”) and executive retreats (“Innovation Adventures”). Our Boondoggles Re-invented are designed to motivate and reward employees, clients and partners, and thus the itineraries tend to reflect the culture of the corporation and are usually tailored to the specific circumstances. Our Innovation Adventures, on the other hand, are curriculum-driven executive retreats that use the catalyst of experiential travel to shift perspective, inspire creativity and produce tangible, lasting results.
	TRAVEL AGENTS. We work with many travel agencies and individual agents to offer private-label trips combining our planning and operational expertise with their brand reputation and traveller database. The travel agents are able to maintain complete ownership of their database while at the same time offering special value-added amenities and unique travel experiences to their loyal travellers.
	NON-PROFIT TRIPS. We work with a wide variety of non-profit organizations (from museums and art galleries to alumni groups and book clubs) to develop trips and travel programs that raise money, generate awareness and build loyalty. In some situations the trips are crafted to showcase the field work of an organization, while in other cases they are designed simply to allow the alumni to socialize and share adventures together. We understand the challenges of working in these kinds of partnerships, including the appropriate allocation of risk, division of labour and distribution of the rewards, and we are sensitive of the need to balance generating revenue with protecting the integrity of the organization’s brand.
